- Thokoman: Sampling With Purpose, Winning Through Taste
Over the past six months, Thokoman focused on a clear objective: getting consumers to taste the product and experience the quality first-hand. Through mall and in-store tasting activations, we brought the brand closer to consumers across different purchase moments, building awareness while also influencing conversion at shelf.
What made the approach effective was its directness. In a category where loyalty is often difficult to shift, sampling allowed Thokoman to challenge existing choices through taste, not only messaging. The activations created meaningful engagement with consumers, strengthened relationships with store owners and major retailers, and delivered strong results: over 9,000 tasting opportunities across seven provinces, creating overwhelmingly positive feedback and clear momentum for the brand.
